The art of baking at Boonzaaijer’s continues for over 100 years. In times where commercial baking has transitioned to large remote plants, limited “in-store” production, we are committed to offering the old-fashioned from-scratch baking. We do not believe in imitations for fresh butter and eggs, an important thing to remember when considering flavor and nutritional value.
Wedding Cake Flavors:
Unlike the heavy, dense and sometimes oily American style cakes, our cakes are made from an egg foam base that creates a product very light and tender. Each tier is comprised of seven layers: four layers of cake and three layers of filling.
Cake Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon Poppy, Almond Poppy or Carrot
Filling Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate or Mocha. Along with the Bavarian Cream you may
Add a fruit filling such as lemon, cherry, raspberry, apricot or strawberry.
For an additional charge you may pick flavors such as: Hazelnut, German Chocolate, Rum, Grand Marnier, Amaretto, Coconut or Kahlua.
