| Lemon Bar Wedge... A thin cookie wafer piled with our not-too-sweet fresh lemon filling. |
| Miniature Cannoli... A crisp cannoli shell with its ends dipped in chocolate, filled with our sweetened ricotta cream and finished with almonds. |
| Miniature Cream Puff... Round choux pastry filled with cream and topped with powedered sugar. |
| Miniature Eclair... Like our standard eclair, choux pastry filled with our Swiss Bavarian Creme and dipped in chocolate. |
| Minature Fruit Tart... A round pastry shell filled with Swiss Bavarian Creme and topped with fresh glazed fruit. |
